2022 Christmas in July

A freezing weekend at Crow's Nest to celebrate Christmas in July. Unfortunately a few were unable to attend due to illness etc. but those who went thoroughly enjoyed the fellowship and fun. Friday afternoon some visited the Pechey Gin distillery, Friday night drinks and BYO or pizzas from the restaurant; Saturday morning a visit to the Army Aviation Museum at Oakey (with a curator/guide who was rather long-winded!), Saturday night lots of fun at the dinner, well catered for by the Caravan Park restaurant. Saturday morning a group had a delicious morning tea then rambled at our own pace through the Crow's Nest Museum & Historical village - great visit, well worth it. Finally lunch with some members of Toowoomba East Rotary Club and some stayed for another night or two, some of us came home. See separate albums for the Aviation and Crow's Nest Museum visits.
