A new member, a PHF and a Major Donor - what a night!!
An honour indeed - the first time DG Mark has had an opportunity to present a member with a Major Donor crystal and badge. Peter Marer was the recipient - again a big surprise and again a well deserved award. Not only does this recognise Peter's donations to The Rotary Foundation, it also was a chance for us to congratulate Peter, our longest serving active member on his many very active years in Cleveland Rotary. Finally, DG Mark was able to give his address, which gave us some very interesting information on the role of District Governor and his goals for the year. It really shows that we should always attend meetings if we can - you never know what you will miss if you don't. The last two meetings have been truly interesting, inspirational and fun.
