The Board of the Rotary Club of Cleveland has responsibility for the good governance of the club and its activities in accordance with the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, the Collections Act 1966, and the constitution and by-laws of the club.

Grants Committee
Committee Description:
The Gramts Committee is responsible for looking for opportunities for grants from various otganisations ythat are relevant to Cleveland Rotary projects. When approved by the board, put together grant proposals that have th potential to meet our Club project funding requirements.
International Service Committee
Committee Description:
The International Service Committee ensures the successful delivery of activities that improve the quality and experience of life in other lands, and facilitate the advancement of international understanding, goodwill and peace.
Membership and & Member Welfare Committee
Committee Description:
The Membership Committee ensures the successful delivery of activities that extend the membership and maintain the capacity of the club to deliver services to the community.

The Rotary Foundation helps Rotary members to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace by improving health, providing quality education, improving the environment, and alleviating poverty.
Youth Service Committee

The Youth Service Committee promotes and undertakes activities that facilitate the development of young people in the community through community service, scholastic, leadership and exchange programs.
